Second Quarterly Interim Dividend

 

The Board of JPMorgan Japan Smaller Companies Trust plc announces that the Company's cum income Net Asset Value ('NAV') was 552.2 pence per share at 30th September 2020. Accordingly, in line with the Company's distribution policy, the Directors have declared that a second quarterly interim dividend of 5.5 pence per share for the year ending 31st March 2021 will be paid on 20th November 2020 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 16th October 2020. The ex-dividend date will be 15th October 2020.
