1) Philip Daubeney has retired as Chairman and non-executive Director with
effect from 24th January 2008.



2) Mr David Baker has retired as a non-executive Director with effect from 24th
January 2008.



3) Mr Hugh Bolland has been appointed Chairman of the Company with effect from
24th January 2008.



4) Mr Richard Burns has been appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee with
effect from 24th January 2008.
