CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES 

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 14,939 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of certificated subscription shareholders.  

The shares in issue following this notification are 108,648,058 ordinary shares, including 1,979,788 held in treasury, and 17,365,485 subscription shares.
