CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES 

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc ('the Company') announces that today it issued 893,779 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated subscription shareholders.  

The shares in issue following this notification are 106,567,348 ordinary shares, including 1,979,788 held in treasury, and 19,446,195 subscription shares.
