Proposed C Share Issue

Since launch in July 2010, the Company's shares have consistently traded at a premium to net asset value due to high levels of market demand. The Board is considering ways in which this demand can be satisfied by the issue of new shares, including an issue of C Shares timed to coincide with the ISA season.
