As previously announced in the Company's 2020 Annual Report and Financial Statements, and following the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was held earlier today, the Company announces that Sarah Whitney has succeeded Jonathan Carey as Chairman of the Audit & Management Engagement Committee and Tristan Hillgarth has succeeded him as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, upon Jonathan's retirement as a director of the Company.  

 

The Board would like to thank Jonathan for his wise counsel and valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure and wishes him well for the future.
