DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Following the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was held earlier today, the Company announces that Nigel Wightman has succeeded Simon Davies as Chairman of the Board and as Chairman of the Nomination Committee, following Simon's retirement as a director of the Company. Gay Collins has assumed the Role of Senior Independent Director from Nigel.
