                    REISSUE OF OWN SECURITIES FROM TREASURY


JPMorgan European Fledgeling Investment Trust plc announces that on Thursday
15th February 2007 it reissued from treasury 150,000 ordinary shares at 816
pence per share.

Following this reissue the Company now holds a total of 1,731,319 shares in
treasury at an average size-weighted discount of 12.03%.

The number of shares in issue less the total number of treasury shares is
51,050,198.
