TREASURY STOCK

On 12 November 2014, JPMorgan Emerging Markets Investment Trust plc purchased into Treasury 3,366 Ordinary shares at 596.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 3,729,084 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 128,634,441. The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
