BOARD CHANGES

Following the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting, the Board confirms that Nigel Kenny has retired from the Board with effect from the conclusion of today's meeting.

Richard Laing succeeds Mr Kenny as Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Anatole Kaletsky succeeds Mr Kenny as Senior Independent Director.
