DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan Russian Securities plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 5th March 2015, a dividend of 13.00 pence per share will be paid on 11th March 2015 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 6th February 2015. The ex-dividend date is 5th February 2015.
