Directorate Change

The Board of JPMorgan Russian Securities plc is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr George Nianias as a non-executive Director of the Company with
effect from 10 March 2008.

Mr Nianias is the Founder and Group Chairman of Denholm Hall Group. Mr. Nianias
has also been financial adviser to several eastern European cities including
Krakow, St. Petersburg and Moscow.

It is confirmed that there is no information to be disclosed under Listing Rule
9.6.13 R (2) to (6).
