Third quarterly interim dividend

The Directors have declared that a third quarterly interim dividend of 8.00 pence per share for the year ending 31st December 2023 will be paid on 1st December 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 27th October 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 26th October 2023.

As announced in the Annual Report, the Board has decided to increase the dividend payable in each of the first three quarters to 8.00 pence from the 7.50 pence paid in the previous period.

The Company offers the option for shareholders to invest their dividend in a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"), which is managed by the Company's registrar. For details on the DRIP, please contact the Company's Registrar, Equiniti Limited.
