JPMORGAN CHINESE INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan Chinese Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 25th January 2016, a dividend of 1.80 pence per share will be paid on 2nd February 2016 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 11th December 2015.  The ex dividend date is 10th December 2015.
