JPMorgan Chinese Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 482 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated Subscription shareholders.

The shares in issue following this notification are 77,864,340 Ordinary shares and 12,734,068 Subscription shares.
