As at 28 February 2014, JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc's capital consists of 95,693,244Ordinary 25 pence shares, carrying one vote each, and 7,237,295 Subscription shares of 1 pence each with no voting rights.

Therefore, as at 28 February 2014, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc is 95,693,244

The above figure (95,693,244) may be used by Ordinary shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
