CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES 

JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 155,920 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated subscription shareholders.  

The shares in issue following this notification are 160,192,921 Ordinary shares and 31,815,038 Subscription shares.
