The Company announces that it has today purchased 103,883 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 454.14 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 75,822,453 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 205,811,457. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
