The Company announces that it has today purchased 113,057 ordinary shares into Treasury at 474.77 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 70,096,869 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 211,537,041. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
