The Company announces that it has today purchased 100,000 ordinary shares into Treasury at 410.23 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 63,053,262 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 218,580,648.  The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
