The Company announces that it has today purchased 153,444 ordinary shares into Treasury at 379.31 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 25,983,034 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 255,650,876. The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
