The Company announces that it has today purchased 50,000 ordinary shares into Treasury at 369.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 35,629,686 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 246,004,224.  The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
