The Company announces that it has today purchased 62,800 ordinary shares into Treasury at 385.12 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 45,175,406 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 236,458,504.  The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
