Appointment of Non-Executive Director

 

The Board of John Laing Environmental Assets Group Limited ("JLEN" or the "Company"), the listed environmental infrastructure fund, is pleased to announce the appointment of Hans Joern Rieks as a non-executive director of the Company. Hans' appointment will commence from 13 June 2019, coinciding with the expected date of publication of the Company's annual results for the year-ended 31 March 2019.

 

Hans brings considerable technical and operational experience, particularly in the wind sector across a number of European and global markets. Hans has held senior level positions with Vestas, and spent the last five years with Siemens/Gamesa where he was appointed as CEO of the Wind Power division for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
