Jaywing Plc (AIM: JWNG), the marketing and data science business specialising in integrated marketing and risk and data consulting, announces that a t the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held at 12.00pm today, shareholders duly passed all of the resolutions proposed, save for special resolutions 7 and 8 which were withdrawn prior to the meeting.
