The Company announces that on 13 May 2008 it issued 345,412 new ordinary shares of 5p each pursuant to the exercise of options under the James Halstead Group Share Option Plan (1998). This includes 44,986 shares and 30,000 shares which were issued to and subsequently sold by Mark Halstead and Gordon Oliver respectively, both of whom are directors of the Company. Further details of these transactions are given below:
