Dr Graham Cooley, Chief Executive Officer of ITM Power, the energy storage and clean fuel company, today acquired 22,988 Ordinary Shares in ITM Power at a price of 21.75p per share. Following this purchase, Dr. Cooley has an interest in 156,596 Ordinary Shares representing 0.15% of the Company's issued share capital.
