Ubisense Group plc (AIM: UBI) announces that, pursuant to AIM Rule 20, its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2013, which include the Notice of Annual General Meeting, have been posted to shareholders and are available to view on the Company's website, http://www.ubisense.net.

The Annual General Meeting is to be held on 15 May 2014 at 1.00pm at the offices of FTI Consulting, 200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4HD.
