IQE plc, (AIM: IQE) the UK-based leading outsource supplier of advanced wafers
and outsource wafer services to the global semiconductor industry, will be
publishing its Preliminary Results for year ended 31 December 2006 on Wednesday
28 March 2007.



A presentation for analysts will be held at 9.30am on 28 March 2007 at the
