In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code"), and with the terms of the Capital Raising, the number to be used by shareholders in their calculations is 435,864,919 ordinary shares of 2 pence each.  The International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) of the ordinary shares is GB00B128J450.

Shareholders are reminded that under Rule 8 of the Code, disclosure notifications with respect to allocations in the Open Offer and the Placing need to be made by 3:30pm on 13 February 2014.
