                Result of Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM')

iomart announces that all resolutions that were proposed at the Company's EGM
held today relating to the acquisition of  a controlling interest in Easyspace
Datacentres Limited and the placing of new ordinary shares of 1p each were
passed.  The Company is delighted that it now has the ability to participate in
the datacentre market at a time when it believes  there are excellent
opportunities for substantial growth.
