INVESTEC LIMITED: FURTHER ISSUE OF Class ILRP1 Redeemable, CUMULATIVE Non-participating preference shares ("Redeemable Preference Shares"): ILRP1

Application will be made to the JSE Limited ("JSE") for the listing of a further  27,236 Redeemable Preference Shares, as Class ILRP1 Redeemable Preference Shares, under Investec Limited's Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme dated 4 September 2013, for an aggregate subscription price of ZAR27,466,961.28

The 27,236 Class ILRP1 Redeemable Preference Shares will be issued to subscribers on the date of listing being Wednesday, 04 December 2013 with effect from commencement of trade.
