                Correction to Dates for Second Half Distribution

The following amendment has been made to RNS number 3663P. The ex-distribution
and distribution record date have been corrected to 12 March 2008 and 14 March
2008 respectively.

Babcock & Brown Public Partnerships (LSE: BBPP) would like to clarify the
ex-dividend and record dates for the second half distribution. The correct dates
are:

Distribution period: 1 July 2007 - 31 December 2007
Distribution amount per share: 2.625 pence
Ex-distribution date: 12 March 2008
Record date: 14 March 2008
Payment date: 2 May 2008
