Board change - appointment of non-executive director

International Personal Finance plc announces that it has appointed Edyta Kurek as a non-executive director of the company with effect from 15 February 2010.

She is Vice President East Central Europe and Middle East, and General Manager of Herbalife Polska Sp. z o.o. She has previously held positions in Oriflame Poland Sp. z o.o and UPC Poland Sp. z o.o and has extensive direct sales experience.
