International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A (the "Company" or "IAG") announces that on 1 July 2013 the award made under the British Airways Deferred Share Plan 2005 ("DSP") on 17 September 2010 to the following Director and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) of the Company vested as detailed in the table below.

No consideration is payable for the vesting of these awards.
