informed of the following transaction in shares of the Company by ICG Employee
Benefit Trust 2002 - C Evain Sub Fund, a connected person of Christophe Evain,
the Company's Chief Executive Officer:

Type of Instrument    Ordinary Shares of 20p each

Price                     2.84

Number of shares           366,300

As a consequence of the above transaction, Christophe Evain and his connected
persons have an interest in 1,481,109 shares in the Company.
