INTERMEDIATE CAPITAL GROUP PLC

Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the
London Stock Exchange for blocklistings totalling 2,211,023
Ordinary shares of 20p each to trade on the London Stock
Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon
issuance. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing
issued shares of the Company.

The Blocklistings consist of 586,683 shares to be issued under
the ICG Executive Share Option Scheme and 1,624,340 shares to
be issued under the ICG Non-Approved Share Option Scheme
1997.
