The Company announces that it has issued 16,302 ordinary shares of 5p each 
('Ordinary Shares') at 25p per share following the exercise of options under the
Company's EMI Share Option Scheme. Application has been made for the Ordinary
Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on
11 January 2007. Following this exercise of options the enlarged issued share
capital of the Company is 14,628,996 Ordinary Shares
