APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Informa plc today announces the appointment of Cindy Rose as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1st March 2013.

Cindy Rose is currently Executive Director of Digital Entertainment at Virgin Media, and has held a variety of Senior Executive roles with The Walt Disney Company.

There are no disclosures required in respect of this appointment under paragraph 9.6.13 (1) - (6) of the Listing Rules.
