The Annual Report and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2008 is being mailed to shareholders and warrantholders today, and a copy is being posted on the Company's website www.indiacapitalgrowth.com.

It is confirmed that the 2009 Exercise Period for warrants will run from 23 April 2009 to 21 May 2009 in accordance with the notice sent to warrantholders on 18 February 2009. A copy of this notice is also available on the Company's website.
