Purchase of shares for cancellation
TriVest VCT plc announces that on 23 December 2004 it purchased 30,000 Ordinary
Shares of the Company for cancellation at a price of 64 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 41,105,317 Ordinary Shares in issue.
