New Investment

TriVest  VCT plc ('TriVest') announces that on  16  March
2001  it  made  a  £300,000 investment in Heritage  Image
Partnership Limited ('Heritage') on the recommendation of
VCF Partners, one of TriVest's 3 investment managers.

Heritage is an online image library that digitises images
from  museums and libraries and sells online directly  to
business customers.  Heritage commenced trading  in  June
2000 and no audited accounts have yet been published.

Following  its £300,000 investment TriVest owns  6.2%  of
the  equity and the proceeds from the investment will  be
utilised for working capital and capital expenditure.

TriVest has now raised £34.4 million under its offer  for
subscription and to date has invested £4.9 million in 7
companies.
