Issue of further equity

The board is pleased to announce that a further 2,390,153
shares  have been issued under the terms of the Company's
offer for subscription.

These  shares have been admitted to the Official List  of
the UK Listing Authority and application has been made to
the  London  Stock Exchange plc for these  shares  to  be
admitted to trading on its market for listed securities.

A  total  of 41,801,516 ordinary shares were issued under  
the Offer for Subscription which closed on 6 April 2001.
