Issue of Further Equity


The Board is pleased to announce a further 41,450 ordinary shares being issued
under the terms of the company's offer for subscription.


These shares have been admitted to the official list with the UK Listing
Authority, an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for
these shares to be admitted to trading on its market for listed securities.
