The Company announces that on 30 June 2015, the following Directors were allotted and issued the numbers of Ordinary Shares shown below at a price of 90.5 pence per Ordinary Share.  The allotments were made under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme in respect of the interim dividend of

6 pence per share paid on 30 June 2015:
