Change of control of Manager

The Board of TriVest, the multi managed venture capital trust, announces that it
has given its consent for the whole of the issued share capital of LICA
Development Capital Limited (one of TriVest's three fund managers) to be sold to
Nova Capital Management Limited ('Nova').

The Board welcomes this development and looks forward to working with Nova.
