Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 17 September 2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 70,100 ordinary shares at an average price of 680.7694   pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 453,818,743 ordinary shares in issue.
