Inchcape plc (the "Company") announces that on 09 January 2014 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 94,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 630.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 621.00 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 463,379,057 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
