Holding in Company
The Ince Group plc (AIM: INCE), the international legal and professional services company, was informed on 18 August 2022 that Edale Capital LLP, in the name of Edale Europe Absolute Master Fund (together "Edale"), acquired ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 11 August 2022 such that Edale held 13,800,000 Ordinary Shares which represented 5.82% of the Company's issued share capital at that time. The Company has subsequently been informed, and as announced on 1 December 2022, that as at 30 November 2022 Edale held 13,800,000 Ordinary Shares but that this now represents 3.76% of the Company's issued share capital as a result of dilution.
