Reminder of subscription rights

A circular has been posted to the holders of the Company's
outstanding warrants in which they are reminded that they have the
right, subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions on
which the warrants were issued, to exercise on 16 June 2008 all or
any of the subscription rights conferred by their Warrants.

Copies of the circular have also been submitted to the UK Listing
Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK
Listing Authority's Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
